Located on the main façade of the farmhouse, it is a completely independent house, sharing with Mas Serra and only the outer areas. It is formed by ground floor, of 215 m2. It is a house for 6-8 people that has 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom: two of the bedrooms with a double bed. Another one with two single beds. In 1 of the double rooms there are also bunk beds in order to be able to turn it into quadruple. The bathroom has a shower tray. The accommodation has full fully equipped kitchen

In the entrance there is a large entrance hall that can also be used as a multipurpose room, the dining room-living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. On this same floor we find two bedrooms with a double bed (one of them also has a bunk bed), plus a third room with two single beds.
